Is it legal to purchase nfl jerseys from a licensed wholesale dealer then turn around and resell them?

I was curious if I purchase nfl jerseys from a licensed wholesaler, can I turn around and resell them or do I still need permission from the NFL to resell?

It should be OK because the licensing fee has already been paid. And the fact that he is a wholesaler means they intend for them to be resold.

You don’t need permission from the NFL, that’s how business works.

Those commericals you see apply to when people illegally use their logos without giving them their piece of the pie.

As long as the Jerseys are real, they already got their piece of the pie.

Yes, wholesale-dealers already obtain the rights from the manufactures to sell there product or merchandise. For the retailer (you) can make a profit from the wholesale price at your discretion. Example; Walmart buys from manufacture in Japan or Korea, Macy’s buys from the same manufacture, but look at the difference in prices!,
