Dose anyone know what is the turn around for a field review appraisal usually is?

I am trying to close before Jan 1st and the loan has been approved contingent to a field appraisal. I know the turn around time for the loan to get Doc up and reedy for closing is 2 days after the underwriter puts his stamp of approval. With the holidays coming up on us I am starting to get worried.

5-10 calender days is typical…

A good field review can be done in 5-6 days providing the appraiser doesn’t have a full schedule. I get the order today; look at property tomorrow; do my research and report writing over the next 2 days; deliver the report on the fifth day or review my report on 5th and deliver on day 6.
