Can somebody make a custom rockband or guitar hero song?

I was just curious, I’m not sure how to do it but if somebody knows how to then please respond with an email or website.

I make customs for Guitar Hero.

    are you talkin bout rockband, 1 or two, guitar hero 1, 2, 3, world tour, in the latter it’s only guitar hero one and two that you can create custom note charts and use different songs, clarify then maybe i can try to help you out
