Would running 14 minutes a night at a pretty fast speed tone up your body?

Running fast is more of a power workout. Run the 14 min workout 3 days per week, and add a longer slower run (say 30 minutes) once a week to help burn more fat. Incorporate that with a good core workout, and that help tone

    that would be 2 miles…so i mean it wouldn’t really make huge differences. it wouldn’t make things worse though.

    You’d get better results if you exercise for at least 30-45 minutes per session, even if you have to slow the pace.
