The benefits of fish oil are pretty much insane, they are almost “uncountable” you really can’t ever know the exact benefits because each person reacts differently to any “natural” substance, but almost across the board, people who take fish oil are healthier and happier.

So what is fish oil? And what do you get from fish oil benefits? Is it really fish that makes the difference? Well, honestly, no, it’s not fish, it’s the omega 3 fatty acids in the fish oil that make the difference, they’re anti-inflammatory in nature and can help you prevent chronic inflammation in your body. Omega 3 is anti-inflammatory whereas omega 6 is pro-inflammatory. Don’t misunderstand though, you still need omega 6 in your diet, but you need to balance it with omega 3 as well.
