I want to play a song on Guitar Hero that’s not on it and I have heard that it is possible to somehow upload a song and put notes onto it. Does anybody know how I can do this and is it legal? Thanks for your help!

It’s legal as long as you legally own all the content (games, songs) used.

Hi, I’ve observed several different people have made their own songs on guitar hero 3 and i would like to know how they do it. I’m interested in putting the song "Amaranth" by Nightwish on it. Please help, step by step guide would be appreciated, I have it for Xbox 360.

Do they really even care anymore if you post a custom song you made yourself with an audio track from a song not used in the game overlapped on youtube, has anyone’s guitar hero video ever been taken off youtube and what would happen if they did just give you a warning?

Some accounts including universal music group or warner music group might own the copyright for songs so you might get it on their but you never know until they block it some afternoon. Both of the accounts above have already blocked 2 of my videos. I hate it but because they have the copright they can do it.

The general theme of the song to me is love, in particular a undying love. He’ll do anything for the girl he’ll be her hero, her everything, he’ll take her pain away, he will stand by her forever. To me it shows an undying, unconditional deep love.

not just gh2, not just gh3, but all the songs. and the down loadable songs too. if there is such a thing.
