" In Sunshine’s Arms…..WHERE ELSE, dang it all !!"

The waiter at Delmonicos tried to talk Kitty Russell into buying one of his little cucumber sandwiches.
Kitty:"No thanks. 1. I’m holding out for a hero…..And PILE ON the ham, prosciutto, pepperoni, capicola, mortadella and salami. No rodent entrails this time, either!!"
Minutes later Joey the busboy was cleaning up at a nearby table.
Kitty:" Uhhh, Joey. Sometimes you get a bit wild with that broom. Glad to see you’re working hard but THIS time please don’t 6. Sweep me off my feet. "
Joey:" Yes’m."
Kitty happened to glance out the window. To her amazement, Marshal Matt Dillon,(Kitty’s former significant other) was in a knock down fight with three desperados; The Blackwell Gang!!!
From out of the blue came the cry,"2.Festus to the rescue !! 3. How may I be of assistance?"
A punch from one of the bad guys quickly knocked him unconscience.
Matt looked around:"Fat help YOU were!" He turned his attention back to the fight just in time to see a jab coming right for his jaw! Matt reeled backwards. The Blackwell Boys took turns hitting him.
Kitty jumped up from her table and ran outside. The cowboys merely laughed as they pushed her to the side and continued to pummel Matt.
4. Battered, bruised, bleeding and chocking on a bite of her Hero sandwich, Kitty crawled back to Delmonicos."10. It’s not easy to be me", she cried, as Joey helped her back to her table.

Then….out of the blue…..And 5. LARGER than life, Sunshine MacGillicutty came storming into town on her horse !! One look at Matt’s crumpled body was all it took. With guns a’blazing and dust a’ flying, Sunshine chased the bad guys away.
She quickly dismounted and flew to Matt’s side.
"And don’t you DARE come back to Dodge," she screamed as the Blackwells rode away.
"Ohhhhh, MattBaby. My 9. Strong, honorable, kind and gentle loverboy….Don’t you worry none, sugar. I’ll fix you up."
Matt looked at her with the only eye that wasn’t swollen shut.
Matt:" Thank goodness my little Annie Oakley wanna-be saved my ass…….AGAIN !"
Sunshine just smiled, twirled her gun, tossed it in the air and jutted out her right hip so it would land in the holster.
Joey: 8. "Where’s our wise and wonderful Hercules?"
Kitty:" In Sunshine’s arms…..WHERE ELSE, dang it all!!!!"

In Guitar Hero III, do you get more points for holding down the whammy bar, or normal whammy-ing?

Posted on November 10th, 2009 by admin in holding out for a hero | 3 Comments »

Or does it not matter?

Normal whammy it.
If you just hold it it only works for like 1 second.
If you repeatedly do it, it will get more points

What are some good songs for a hero soundtrack?

Posted on November 7th, 2009 by admin in holding out for a hero | 5 Comments »

I am thinking "Hero" by Mariah Carey" and the theme song to "Greatest American Hero." Maybe "Holding Out for a Hero" and "If Everyone Cared."

What else should be on there?

"Hero" by Foo Fighters
"Superman" by Eminem
"Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down

In guitar hero III, when you do the whammys, do you get better bonuses when going up and down or holding it?

Posted on November 2nd, 2009 by admin in holding out for a hero | 5 Comments »

so, you know the lever… that you’re supposed to press when there are long notes. is it better like, you you get better advantages when you press ir repeatedly or when you hold it down? or is it the same?

The only benefit to using the whammy is to repeatedly press it when there are long star notes, this will give you more star power. Holding it in on these notes doesn’t have the same effect. Your score doesn’t improve when you use the whammy bar.

Can you do the frogstomp on the barstool on one leg holding a beer and a shot while screaming to jukebox hero?

Ccover up - which was about a government agent acting as a ’sexy’ male model for an agency, the lead actor was first played by Jon Erik Hexum who went out with Emma Sams (dynasty) he allegedly died in a tragic accident after pretending to shoot himself in the head with a squib loaded handgun - the lead role was then given to Tony Hamilton an Aussie actor and the series only lasted a few more episodes, as the suspicious circumstances surrounding Hexum’s death were fuelled by rumours that Sams had broken up with him only days before. I remember this series really well as it was quite good, bit cheesy, but hey it was the 80’s and we were all cheesy then - i remember that it did quite a bit of damage to Emma Sams career as well and she still gets asked about it
