Don’t Underestimate Fish Oil

Posted on March 2nd, 2010 by admin in Diet and Fitness | No Comments »

You shouldn’t underestimate the importance of fish oil benefits, and/or omega 3, because it’s actually an essential fatty acid, meaning that you can’t produce any of it in your own body through other sources, so you need it to function correctly. The average person does not get nearly enough of it in their diet, and you’d be smart to start supplementing soon.

A fun thing about fish oil is that because it helps brain function, it can help regulate mood as well, and usually regulate in the upwards direction, meaning happier moods, and less depression. Many people who eat more fish oil report more stability in their moods, and more general happiness.

When it comes to food, you’ll realize the fastest weight-loss by sticking strictly with 4-ounce portions of lean meats and large portions of high-fiber produce. The latest and Prediction on H1n1 virus Immunizati

The same sequence of events concluded in the h1n1 virus fiasco that was held in 1976. 50 million received the immunization when using the untested vaccine. This vaccine was the reason for 21 deaths and 565 paralyzed before being withdrawn just ten weeks later. Another vaccine never was used with the immunization schedule for h1n1 virus. Why wasn’t another vaccine released? If the threat of swine flu was urgent enough to begin with vaccinating everyone before testing was complete, what happened to your huge threat? Why was the toxic vaccine withdrawn rather than replaced with the one that were researched and tested?

Fish Oil To The Rescue

Posted on March 1st, 2010 by admin in Diet and Fitness | No Comments »

The benefits of fish oil are pretty much insane, they are almost “uncountable” you really can’t ever know the exact benefits because each person reacts differently to any “natural” substance, but almost across the board, people who take fish oil are healthier and happier.

So what is fish oil? And what do you get from fish oil benefits? Is it really fish that makes the difference? Well, honestly, no, it’s not fish, it’s the omega 3 fatty acids in the fish oil that make the difference, they’re anti-inflammatory in nature and can help you prevent chronic inflammation in your body. Omega 3 is anti-inflammatory whereas omega 6 is pro-inflammatory. Don’t misunderstand though, you still need omega 6 in your diet, but you need to balance it with omega 3 as well.

What Is The Glycemic Index?

Posted on February 28th, 2010 by admin in Diet and Fitness | No Comments »

There is a lot of talk about the glycemic index these days, but a lot of people don’t really know what it is. By fully understanding this measurement, you will be able to make smarter decisions regarding your diet and you’ll be able to lose weight faster.

The glycemic index is measurement about how fast your body metabolizes carbohydrates and converts them into glucose. The reason this is important is because the faster that happens, the more insulin will be released in your bloodstream and the more fat that will be packed on your body and the sooner you’ll become hungry.

Low glycemic index foods are great for you because they take longer to be absorbed in the body so your glucose levels never really spike. Because of that, not a lot of insulin is produced and you stay fuller longer. And a bonus is… usually these foods are very high in fiber so they help to clean your system out.

Foods that have a high glycemic index are all the white, processed carbs. Make sure you stay away from those because they do indeed make you fatter. So if you eliminate those and have some good exercises to lose weight with solid programs and support, you will be amazed at how fast you can change your body.

How Not to Run on the Treadmill

Posted on February 23rd, 2010 by admin in Diet and Fitness | No Comments »

It’s strange, but the majority of women do not properly run on the treadmill. In fact I am going to be so bold and say that the way most women run on the treadmill actually makes them fatter and puts them at more risk for injuries.

What you need to know about is called steady state cardio. Steady state cardio means running at the same pace for a prolonged amount of time. The one thing you have to understand is your body is extremely efficient and can adapt very quickly. When you run at the same pace, you will adapt in a matter of two weeks.

Once that happens, your body will begin to use muscle as an energy source and store fat. You might be wondering why it would do that. It’s because fat is easier to store and because steady state cardio isn’t building lean muscle… that’s it’s only choice.

What’s the solution? You have to get in the game and use the best treadmill workouts. The right treadmill workout will not only force your body to burn fat, but it will actually help you body build lean muscle mass. That will help change your body very quickly.

We will continue to look at what makes some treadmill workouts better than others and how often you need to do them.

Lack Of Sleep And Protein Will Make You Cranky

Posted on February 16th, 2010 by admin in Diet and Fitness | No Comments »

A healthy lifestyle does not stop with exercises and vitamins, it also entails a vegetative relationship with the everything and everyone. But as you go on with your daily weight loss routine, consisting of Air Climber exercises and a selected diet, you barely have the time to get a good enough sleep. With lesser protein intake to boot, you are left with a chip on your neck, that minute things will set you off.

If you have noticed an episode such as this, then you need to change some parts of your health program. For starters, make sure that you can get a minimum of 5 hours sleep a day. And eat sufficient amount of calories and carbohydrates to get you active and gay throughout the day.

Are fish a better source of essential fatty acids

Posted on February 6th, 2010 by admin in Diet and Fitness | No Comments »

You have probably read that there are two fatty acids we must get in our diets if we are to stay healthy and they are omega 3 and omega 6 oil. Usually in the western world it is the omega 3 oil that people are generally deficient in and this makes them more prone to getting inflammatory type problems. Omega 3 oil’s basic starting chemical is alpha-linolenic acid and for it to be of any use by our bodies, it is first converted to EPA and DHA and then onto the biologically active chemical called a prostaglandin and it is this latter chemical that we need. Eat flax seed and your body has to convert the omega 3 oil through all its stages yet if you eat fish they provide you with a ready supply of EPA and DHA already and so you only have to convert it the last few stages to get what our bodies need.
So in summary fish is better but if you don’t like fish then buy flax seed as it is still a great source of the needed oils.

Bookkeeping Basics

Posted on February 6th, 2010 by admin in Diet and Fitness | No Comments »

Most people probably think of bookkeeping and accounting as the same thing, but bookkeeping is really one function of accounting, while accounting encompasses many functions involved in managing the financial affairs of a business. Accountants prepare reports based, in part, on the work of bookkeepers.
For me accounting is synonymous with less expensive so look here ORGANIC WHITE TEA WITH JASMINE
Bookkeepers perform all manner of record-keeping tasks. Some of them include the following:

-They prepare what are referred to as source documents for all the operations of a business - the buying, selling, transferring, paying and collecting. The documents include papers such as purchase orders, invoices, credit card slips, time cards, time sheets and expense reports. Bookkeepers also determine and enter in the source documents what are called the financial effects of the transactions and other business events. Those include paying the employees, making sales, borrowing money or buying products or raw materials for production.

-Bookkeepers also make entries of the financial effects into journals and accounts. These are two different things. A journal is the record of transactions in chronological order. An accounts is a separate record, or page for each asset and each liability. One transaction can affect several accounts.

-Bookkeepers prepare reports at the end of specific period of time, such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. To do this, all the accounts need to be up to date. Inventory records must be updated and the reports checked and double-checked to ensure that they’re as error-free as possible.

-The bookkeepers also compile complete listings of all accounts. This is called the adjusted trial balance. While a small business may have a hundred or so accounts, very large businesses can have more than 10,000 accounts.

-The final step is for the bookkeeper to close the books, which means bringing all the bookkeeping for a fiscal year to a close and summarized.
