Dose anyone know what is the turn around for a field review appraisal usually is?
I am trying to close before Jan 1st and the loan has been approved contingent to a field appraisal. I know the turn around time for the loan to get Doc up and reedy for closing is 2 days after the underwriter puts his stamp of approval. With the holidays coming up on us I am starting to get worried.

I need a good romance hero?
I have to write a paper about a romance hero from a recent book. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good book that has a good Romance hero. By this I mean the hero faces tests, shows wit and strength, and is chivalrous? Also, I would like something other than those romance novels you find on the racks at the library.
